Tested on your counter — results before I leave. Tests the 6 most common tap water issues: pH, hardness, fluoride, chlorine, iron & copper. Measured against EPA limits.

Popular

Basic + Lead

Tested on your counter — results before I leave. Everything in Basic, plus a lead (Pb) test billed at cost (sent to the lab; 5–7 business days).

Private Well Package

Because private wells aren't checked by the city, we run an 18-point safety check built specifically for well owners. 10 business-day turnaround. Invoiced once lab results are in.

FHA / VA Real Estate

From $189

FHA/VA loan water testing — Lead, Nitrate, Nitrite & Total Coliform. Standard 10 business days or expedited 3 days. Invoiced once lab results are in.

Pick a time

Appointments run about 30 minutes. Tracy arrives with everything needed — you just need to be able to run the tap.

We service Manatee, Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Sarasota Counties. Additional travel fees may apply outside this area. Mention your water source (municipal or private well) and package selection in the scheduling notes.

How payment works

No payment is collected when you book. For Basic and Basic + Lead, payment is taken on-site right after testing, by card through Square. For the Private Well Package and FHA/VA Real Estate packages, you'll be invoiced with a secure payment link once lab results come back.
